How will the final images be delivered?
The photos will be delivered via a private, downloadable online gallery, with a direct download link also sent by email.
What is the turnaround time?
My work includes an initial shooting phase on the wedding day, followed by editing and post-production of the material.
Delivery usually takes place within 120 days from the wedding date.
A fast-track delivery option can be added to your package, reducing the turnaround time to 60 days.
What are the payment terms?
To secure your wedding date, a 30% deposit of the total service fee is required.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance can be paid one week before the wedding.
The request for a single photographer can be made; however, the final decision regarding the number of professionals present on the wedding day is made by the photographer.
This decision is based on the complexity of the event, the number of guests, and any need for simultaneous coverage in different locations (for example, the couple getting ready in separate venues, tight timing between different stages of the day, etc.).
Having two photographers allows for a more complete and dynamic coverage of the entire day, reducing the risk of missing certain moments.
If only one photographer is chosen, the utmost care will still be taken to capture the key moments, although it may not be possible to guarantee full coverage of events happening simultaneously.
Is it possible to request a single photographer?
Travel and accommodation costs are calculated separately, as they may vary depending on each event.
For events located more than 50 km away from my city (Livorno, Tuscany), an additional travel fee will be applied.
If the wedding venue is more than 100 km from the city of Livorno and the end of the service is scheduled after 10:00 PM, an overnight stay will be required for both operators.
In this case, the couple may either arrange accommodation near the venue themselves, or I can take care of the booking and then communicate the additional costs.

Location scouting
A venue scouting visit is not automatically included in the service and will be carried out at the photographer’s discretion, if deemed necessary for the best outcome of the service.
This is because a site visit typically requires around half a working day, in addition to travel time.
If specifically requested by the couple, a site visit can be arranged, subject to the photographer’s availability and any additional costs to be agreed upon in advance.
